At this stage, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Sr. DAG, Hayana, appears on behalf of the respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to him and on instructions from Ms. Aarti, ADA, submits that in all probabilities the aforesaid partition proceedings would be concluded within a period of 4 months from today, subject to any legal impediment and/or any order passed by the higher authorities/this Court, in accordance with law.
