Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to respondents to conduct DNA test as well as vaginal swabs of the prosecutrix. On the last date of hearing, this court had sought assistance of State counsel as regards the stage of investigation. Learned State counsel informs that petitioner has been arrested in this case and investigation is in progress. According to her, matter is being investigated in the scientific manner. Co-accused are yet to be arrested in this case. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, no further direction from this court is necessary. Dismissed.
