*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and no amount was paid to her. As per case of the prosecution, the amount was paid to Kartar Singh and not to the present petitioner. Said Kartar Singh is not accused in the present case. Since the petitioner has joined investigation, interim order dated 13.07.2018 passed by this Court in her favour is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
