They apprehend threat to their life at the hands of respondents 4 to 12. It is further stated that the couple and respondents 10 to 12 are residing at Village Nanakpur,Tehsil Punahana,Distt.Mewat whereas respondents 4 to 9 are residents of Village Bichoor,Tehsil Punhana,Distt.Mewat. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lata Singh v.
State of U.P. And another, JT 2006(6) SC 173, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to petitioners to present themselves before SP, Mewat, who shall take appropriate RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.08.21 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.
