The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.69 dated 25.11.2016 registered for the offences under Sections 304 and 337 IPC at Police Station Sanoli, Panipat, District Panipat.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the FIR has been registered on the statement of Sunil Sharma. The present petitioner is also stated to be the owner of the factory in which the fire broke out and 8 persons died. As per the allegations in the FIR due to narrow gate of the factory and due to lack of fire extinguishing equipments, these persons could not go outside. Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences and in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find that no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
