(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction to the official respondents No.1 to 6 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner by taking appropriate action on the representation dated 24.02.2025, submitted by him to that effect.

Learned State counsel submits that the representation, dated 24.02.2025, will be decided by respondent no.4-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, and appropriate action thereupon will be taken in accordance with law within two weeks.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof 4.
