Amol Rattan Singh, J (Oral) On 08.01.2019, the following order had been passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners again seeks adjournment to disclose the source of money from where the petitioners could get executed sale deed in their favour mentioning sale consideration worth ` 1,82,00,000/- (Rupees one crore and eighty two lakh only), besides payment of stamp duty of around ` 7,10,000/- + ` 2,00,000/- = ` 9,10,000/- (Rupees nine lakh and ten thousand only) totaling around ` 2.00 crores (Rupees two crores only).

Petitioners are also directed to submit a list of their all movable and immovable assets for perusal of this Court as AVIN KUMAR 2019.11.01 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-29041 of 2018 [2] to whether they were able to arrange such a huge amount mentioned in the sale deeds on the basis of which they are claiming their title over the property in question. Adjourned to 29.4.2019."

Thereafter, time having been taken to comply with that order right till September 25, 2019, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since that order cannot still be complied with, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
