**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 65 dated 11.2.2018 registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana under Sections 376, 506, 201 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the victim failed to appear for the cross-examination though she had been bound down for 11.2.2018. The counsel further submits that the hymen was torn and healed and the MLR was done the next day of lodging of FIR. The counsel further submits that the petitioner will not visit the area where the victim and her family is residing till the examination of the witnesses is complete. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and in view of the undertaking considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial GURPREET SINGH 2018.10.17 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
