1. The petitioner has approached this Court challenging order dated 22.5.2020 whereby the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal has withdrawn the chargesheet dated 14.5.2019 issued against Shri Dilawar Singh, Sarpanch and has reinstated him.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the impugned order is appealable and he had preferred an appeal before the Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana (respondent No.1) but since the Financial Commissioner is not holding Court, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court.

3. At this stage, Shri R.S.Dhull, Additional Advocate General, Haryana to whom an advance copy of the petition has been served has put in appearance and has informed that the Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to KAMAL KUMAR 2020.06.12 15:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8013-2020 Government, Haryana (respondent No.1) would start holding Court w.e.f. 15.6.2020 and that the matters pending before him including the appeal of the petitioner would be heard at the earliest.

4. In view of the aforesaid statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition at this stage so as to enable him to pursue the appeal pending before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana.

5. In view of the aforesaid request, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

6. Needless to mention, the Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana (respondent No.1) shall taken up all the urgent matters on priority.
