******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition has been filed by petitioner seeking transfer of investigation in case bearing FIR No. 117 dated 17.8.2015, punishable under Sections 21/25/29 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran. Learned State counsel submits that investigation was completed and challan was presented on 5.4.2016 and charge was framed on 12.4.2016. Thereafter the case is pending for prosecution evidence and next date is fixed for 15.2.2017.

In view of the submission of learned State counsel, this petition has become infructuous.

Dismissed being infructuous.
