Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as Craft Instructor (Welder) in the Department of Industrial Training w.e.f. completion of 3 years, from the date of joining on the above post on contract basis. 2.
The petitioners were apprised of the fact that due to some purported enquiry by the Vigilance Department, the order in their favour was not being passed. Now in para 9 of the affidavit of Mr. Tejinderpal Singh, DSP, Vigilance Bureau dated 07.10/11.2023, it has been clarified that the vigilance enquiry No.22 is related to recruitment of Craft Instructors and Senior Assistant recruited against advertisement No.01/2013 and not in connection with the advertisement No.02/2013 dated 09.06.2013, in pursuance to which the petitioners were selected. 3.
The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions from Paramjit Singh, Superintendent, DTEIT, Sector-36, Chandigarh, states that the matter will be revisited in light of the aforesaid reply and decision shall be taken thereon HAMANT 2025.02.11 18:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-8834-2022 with regard to the claim of the petitioners, within a period of 3 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.
The matter stands disposed of accordingly and if the petitioners are found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same may be passed after granting opportunity of hearing to them and shall contain reasons, whereupon they shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
