The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 13.12.2025 passed by National Lok Adalat, Ferozepur. 2.

The National Lok Adalat comprising Chief Judicial Magistrate and two members on 13.12.2025 on the basis of statement of contesting parties passed award which reads as: "The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/settled the case/matter and made statements on 08.10.2025 wherein defendant stated that he will pay the total amount of Rs.6,25,000/-. An amount of Rs.25,000/- per month would be deducted from his salary account and would be credited in the account of plaintiff bearing no. 14442413000429 of PNB Bank, Branch Malwal IFSC Code PUNB0144410, till the realization of compromise amount Rs.6,25,000/-.

Defendant will himself intimate regarding the award to his disbursing authority.

Defendant will pay Rs.6,25,000/-. An amount of Rs.25,000/- per month would be deducted from his salary account and would be credited in the account of plaintiff bearing по.14442413000429 of PNB Bank, Branch Malwal IFSC Code PUNB0144410, till the realization of compromise amount Rs.6,25,000/-. In case defendant fails to pay the amount as settled, plaintiff would be entitled to file execution of the award amount of Rs.6,25,000/-. Court fee is ordered to be refunded. Ahlmad is directed to get sign the certificate of refund of Court fee. File be consigned to the Judicial Record Room Ferozepur." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedy as permissible by law.
