Learned State counsel submits that only four witnesses remain to be examined. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest. Needless to say that defence is expected to cooperate with the proceedings.

In view of above, prayer for bail is declined at this stage. Trial court shall, however, endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.
