Mr. Vishal Sharma, Advocate, for the respondents.

**** AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (Oral) 1.

A perusal of the case file reveals that on the last two consecutive dates of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he had no instructions from the clients. Even today, there is no representation on their behalf.

2.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it is apparent that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period.

3.

It, therefore, appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal.

4.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
