HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to arrest private respondent Nos.4 to 11 in case FIR No.0159 dated 16.05.2020 under Sections 452,427,323,506,148,149 IPC registered at P.S Sarhali and protect her life and liberty. During the course of hearing, learned State counsel has pointed out that after investigation, cancellation report has been filed on 07.10.2020, however, the same has not been accepted and the trial Court ordered for reinvestigation as a result whereof the matter is still under investigation. In the light of said statement made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed.
