NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Copies of the interim (zimni) orders have been received from learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana. The order dated 4.11.2015, passed by the said Court reads as under:- "

Today consideration on cancellation report heard. Further order dt. 08.10.15 passed by Hon'ble PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.11.17 17:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-28084-2015 High Court duly received and further from the perusal of order of Hon'ble High Court, petition filed by Sukhdev Singh accused u/s 482 Cr.P.C is pending for 16.11.15. So, in view of order of Hon'ble High Court, case is adjourned to 21.11.15 for awaiting order of Hon'ble High Court. Further Criminal Ahlmad is directed to comply with the order of Hon'ble High Court as early as possible."

This Court has failed to understand as to what type of orders are expected by learned Magistrate from this Court. Perusal of the complete interim (zimni) orders would reveal that on one count or another, learned Magistrate has failed to decide the cancellation report submitted by the investigating agency. In view of above, learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana, who is seized of the cancellation report, is directed to decide the same on the date fixed, i.e. 21.11.2015. If due to any unavoidable circumstance the said case is not decided on the date fixed, then the same would be decided within the month of November, 2015.

With the above observations, the present petition is disposed of.
