MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.410 dated 13.09.2022 under Sections 34, 341, 379-B IPC registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal. 2.
Vide order dated 13.07.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia contends that the FIR in question came to be registered against unknown persons on the allegations that while he was driving his canter on the highway, two persons intercepted him and after dragging him out, snatched him of ` 4,700/- and some other articles. Learned counsel submits that subsequently, after three days, the complainant made a supplementary statement wherein he named two persons Karambir and Yogesh, who then suffered a disclosure PUNEET SACHDEVA 2023.10.19 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 13.07.2023, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. 4.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. She on further instructions submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for his custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 13.07.2023 is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
