Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in cross case vide Rapat No.24 dated 06.03.2018 under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 and 341 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) in case FIR No.16 dated 05.03.2018 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Bhindi Saidan, District Amritsar Rural.
Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. VINEET GULATI 2019.11.20 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Vide order dated 13.07.2018, interim bail was granted to the
CRM No.M- 29069 of 2018 -2petitioner and he was directed to join the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Jasbir Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 13.07.2018, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by conditions of Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C.
