It is further submitted that as per the statement of investigating officer ASI Harjinder Singh No.1689/ASR(Rural), Police Station Majitha, Amritsar, he is the investigating officer of the present case and there are thirteen accused involved in the present case namely Ajmer Singh, Babloo @ Sukhdev Singh, Ajay Singh @ Rajbir Singh, Navinder Singh @ Bau, Pritam Singh @ Ramu, Akashdeep Singh, Seo @Bakshish Singh, Nishan Singh, Kashmir Singh, Sardara, Avtar Singh, Ranjeet Singh and Rama @ Ramandeep Singh. Accused has never been declared as proclaimed offender in the present case. At present, the case is under investigation."

8&( @(* 3* 3 $- "From the above mentioned facts, it is apparent that all the accused, except accused Gurudev Singh suffered statement regarding genuineness of compromise, but accused Gurudev Singh

denied the existence and materialization of any compromise with the complainant Chanan Singh. Due to disagreement suffered by the accused Gurudev Singh regarding the existence of compromise, at this stage, no opinion regarding genuineness of compromise amongst the complainant and accused Gurudev Singh involved in the present FIR can be provided.

However, I am satisfied that compromise is genuine and has been effected between the complainant and remaining accused namely Sukhwinder Singh @ Babbu, Gora @ Gurpreet Singh, Salvender Singh, Kalu @@ Manpreet Singh and Bhupinder Singh @ Dharminder Singh, except Gurudev Singh voluntarily, without any coercion or undue influence. It is further submitted that as per the statement of investigating officer ASI Harjinder Singh No.1689/ASR(Rural), Police Station Majitha, Amritsar, he is the investigating officer of the present case and there are six accused involved in the present case namely Manpreet Singh @ Kalu, Gurudev Singh, Sukhwinder Singh @ Babhbu, Gurpreet Singh @ Gora.
