(Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed in case bearing FIR No. 127 dated 29.06.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC, (Section 308 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sub Division No.6, Industrial Area, Ludhiana.

Learned Addl.AG, on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for custodial interrogation.

In the circumstances the order dated 17.09.2015 is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of.
