/That it has further come to notice that the respondent No. 5- Vikram Singh s/o Darshan Singh was declared P.O. in case FIR No. 58 dated 29.03.2018, under Sections 452, 336,506, 34 of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Chheharta, Amritsar. Hence, the respondent No. 5-Vikram Singh s/o Darshan Singh was arrested in this case on 21.03.2024 and was sent to judicial custody in Central Jail, Amritsar. Currently, the respondent No. 5-Vikram Singh s/o Darshan Singh is in judicial custody at Central Jail, Amritsar. It has been further stated by the respondent No. 4-Shekhar Singh that his son Amar Singh- respondent No. 7 MONIKA RANI 2024.05.04 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order

has been working a private job somewhere in Delhi for last about one and half year, but he i.e. respondent No. 4-Shekhar Singh does not know his exact address in Delhi. The statements of Shekhar Singh and Sarabjit Kaur are annexed herewith as Annexure R- 3/T and R-4/T for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

8. That it has further been reported by SHO PS Gate Hakima, Amritsar that the petitioners have stated that they have no danger from anyone and they do not want to get any police protection. However, the petitioners have been directed that if they feel any kind of danger then they give information thereof to the police station immediately so that necessary action could be taken qua the same. The respondent No. 4-Shekhar Singh was arrested in the case FIR No. 35/2024 (supra) on 28.02.2024 and was released on bail on 20.03.2024. The respondent No. 5-Vikram Singh is in judicial custody at Central Jail, Amritsar in case FIR No. 58/2018 (supra) after having been arrested in this case on 21.03.2024.
