ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of a criminal complaint No.213 dated 14.06.2011 (Annexure P1) filed under Sections 323, 295-A, 389, 427, 506 IPC and the summoning order dated 04.04.2013 (Annexure P2), vide which the petitioner has summoned.

A perusal of the earlier order show that no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, after the notice of motion was issued on 22.08.2016. Even, today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
