GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) After arguing for a short while, learned counsel for the petitioners requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the appeal which is already pending before the Lower Appellate Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

The Lower Appellate Court shall endeavour to dispose the appeal expeditiously subject to the limitation on account of the present circumstances i.e. speared of pandemic due to which hearings of cases have been limited to few cases.
