RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing, due to pandemic Covid-19.

Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely; Rajbir Singh, Vijay Kumar and Bittu, in case FIR No. 28 dated 02.04.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324 and 452 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Talwandi Chaudhrian, District Kapurthala.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 12.06.2020, passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to compliance of order dated 12.06.2020, RISHU KATARIA 2020.08.17 15:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-15007-2020 -2qua deposit of Rs.30,000/- with the Investigating Officer, which shall now be deposited with Area Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate, within three days from today by moving appropriate application, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed and the petitioners shall be arrested. The said amount shall be disbursed to the injured towards medical expenses. Disposed of.
