(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, investigation has been completed, absolving the accused of the charges leveled against them. However, he seeks liberty to avail all the legal remedies available to him in accordance with law. Furthermore, he submits that the time during which the present petition remained pending in this Court, may not be counted for the purposes of limitation, in case he files a fresh petition. The prayer is innocuous. The present petition is disposed with liberty as aforesaid.
