ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 27.01.2022, vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation.

As per the affidavit of the SHO, Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, on conducting an enquiry, no cognizable offence is made out as the matter is of civil nature.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
