The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.63 dated 11.11.2009 registered under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Kathgarh, District S.B.S. Nagar on merits. 2.

Learned State counsel states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case stands acquitted vide judgment dated 04.05.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
