(ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of filing of cancellation report in Court which was not accepted and re-investigation has been ordered by the learned Magistrate. He further pointed out that earlier similar petition bearing CRM-M-10461-2018, was filed by the petitioner which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 05.02.2019. In view of the above, the instant petition is not maintainable and is dismissed, as such.
