Prayer is for issuing a direction to police officials not to harass them during the conduct of investigation in FIR No.20 dated 12.3.2015 under Sections 21,22,25 of NDPS Act, PS Mehna,Distt. Moga.

After hearing counsel for the petitioners no case for issuing any kind of direction is made out.

It is evident that in the aforesaid FIR main accused Manjit Gupta has been arrested alongwith a Canter containing 1400 vials of Rexcof, a prohibited substance. It is further apparent that their names have surfaced during investigation on the complaint of wife of main accused. In such circumstances, it is absolutely reasonable for the police to summon the petitioners for investigation. Dismissed.
