The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.22 dated 17.02.2024 under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 and (Sections 25, 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Sections 411, 473 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed. 4.
