The prayer in this petition is for quashing of COMA/316/2017 dated 03.06.2017 (Annexure P1) titled as "Harmeet Kaur Vs. Harjoban Singh & Others" field under Sections 12, 20 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which is pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Faridabad and all proceedings arising out of the said complaint. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the aforesaid complaint has been withdrawn and present petition may be disposed of as such. Disposed of being rendered infructuous.
