**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 66 dated 22.06.2016 under Sections 363, 366A, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Bahaw-Wala, District Fazilka.
By order dated 15.09.2016, arrest of the petitioners was stayed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners.
