(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to shift the illegal/unauthorized Hadda Rori (Animal Slaughter Area) situated near Dr. Ambedkar Bhawan, Malwal Road, Ferozepur City to some distant place i.e. away from residential area of Basti Nizamudeen Anand Avenue and Rikhi Colony, Ferozepur City. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate representation before respondent No.5 i.e. the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Ferozepur and he be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned counsel for respondent No.5 has submitted that if the petitioner files any such representation before respondent No.5 i.e. the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Ferozepur, then respondent No.5 would decide the same expeditiously.
After hearing both the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file his appropriate representation before respondent No.5 as prayed for within a period of 10 days from today. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated period, then respondent No.5 i.e. the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Ferozepur is directed to decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing.
