SABINA, J Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.49 dated 24.04.2015, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 24.08.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.1-Harjit Kaur is residing separately from her husband and she has filed a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking a decree of divorce. Petitioner No.2Lovejeet Singh is residing with petitioner No.1-Harjit Kaur.

Petitioners shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. " Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Pritam Singh has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for further investigation.

Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 24.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
