Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had to come to this Court with request that he be permitted to give copy of plaint in civil suit filed by him and written statement filed by accused No.1-Kuldeep Singh, to the Investigating Officer in case bearing FIR No.280 dated 29.11.2017 registered at Police Station Hathur, Tehsil Jagraon, District Ludhiana (Rural).

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to direct the Investigating Officer in above-mentioned FIR to take on record documents of petitioner Annexures P-2 and P-3 during the course of investigation, if final report has not been filed so far.

In the event of final report having been filed, petitioner will be at liberty to file these documents before the trial Court at appropriate stage. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) August 24, 2018 JUDGE Sachin M.
