At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 02.02.2026 in Court today, which is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

In the present case, recovery from the petitioner is of heavy quantity, i.e., 4 kg 770 grams of 'Charas' from the polythene bag which he was carrying. Even subsequent thereto, another 364 grams of 'Charas' was also recovered from his house. As per the custody certificate, petitioner is JAWALA RAM 2026.02.04 18:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-14610-2025 - 2 - confined in the present case only for the last about 09 months. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to consider the plea of regular bail at this stage. Accordingly, instant regular bail petition stands dismissed at this stage.
