The instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for HIMANI GUPTA 2024.07.31 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

CWP-12672-1997 (O&M) -2quashing the order dated 06.05.1993 and also the compromise arrived at between respondents No.3 and 4. A further prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to manage the property of Roza Sharif situated at Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib properly as the same is being misused by respondents No.3 and 4.

At the outset, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, although a separate application (CM-8538-CWP-2018) was also filed in that regard.

In view of the statement made by learned senior counsel for the petitioners, the instant Writ Petition (CWP-12672-1999), stands dismissed as withdrawn.
