Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.156 dated 10.08.2021, under Sections 22 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station, City Jagraon, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.
