(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to enquire the matter in question through any other senior official at least from the rank of SP(D) deputed outside from Police District Khanna. On notice, a reply has been filed by DSP Khanna, District Ludhiana dated 20.11.2014 stating therein that the petitioner vide Peshi No. 182 dated 31.01.2014 and peshi No. 1320 dated 24.05.2014 by Harmesh Chander has concealed the factum of detailed and thorough inquiry conducted by SP (HQ) Police District Khanna on the representations submitted by the petitioner as well as opposite party which stands approved by SSP, Police District Khanna on 02.08.2014. Copy of inquiry report dated 06.06.2014 and office order passed by SSP Khanna are Annexure R-1/T and GAURAV 2015.01.08 15:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No. M-28239 of 2014 (O&M) -2R-2/t respectively. One F.I.R No. 12 dated 12.01.2014 was registered with Police Station City Khanna under Sections 452/323/324/506/148/149 IPC against the petitioner and others at the instance of Ghanvinder Singh, in which a cross version was recorded under Sections 323/324/506/34 IPC against Sandeep Kaur and Ghanvinder Singh. Thereafter, on the basis of the enquiry dated 06.06.2014, Deepaki Rani, Renuka, Harmesh Chander, Harish Chander and Darshna Rani were found to be innocent and the offence under Section 452 IPC has not been found to be committed. The investigation is in progress.

In view of the detailed reply filed in the present petition, no further orders are required be passed as the matter was thoroughly inquired into by S.P (HQ).
