(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 148/149/498-A/304-B IPC, in F.I.R No. 271 dated 13.09.2015, registered at P.S Hathin, District Palwal.

This Court vide order dated 06.09.2016 directed the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court was directed to release them on interim bail on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to its satisfaction. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed copy of order dated 23.09.2016 whereby the petitioners had appeared before the Court below and submitted bail bonds. The order dated 23.09.2016 is taken on record as Annexure A-1.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.

However, the petitioners shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
