Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to the official respondents to protect his life and liberty as also his family members at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is author of FIR No. 91 dated 24.6.2017, registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib and he is getting threat from the private respondents so as to withdraw the case and settle the matter. Learned counsel further contended that representation dated 10.7.2017 (Annexure P7) made by the petitioner to respondent No.2Director General of Police, Punjab remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Punjab, is directed to look into the representation dated 10.7.2017 Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.08.03 14:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
