Vide order dated 29.7.2016 respondents No.2 to 5 have been granted the concession of pre-arrest bail on joining the investigation by the trial court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the seriousness of the allegations has not been taken into consideration while casually granting the concession of pre-arrest bail to respondents No.2 to 5. An application u/s 439(2) Cr.P.C. is maintainable before the Sessions Court itself. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file similar petition, by raising all the points taken up in this petition, while approaching the Sessions Court. Disposed of as withdrawn.
