(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.219 dated 01.08.2014 under Sections 148, 149, 332, 353, 186, 283, 307, 341, 114, 142, 152 IPC and Section 3 of Prevention & Damages of Property Act registered at Police Station Kundli, Sonepat. The contention is that in this FIR the police never arrested anybody but now challan has been presented and the petitioners have been summoned. The petitioners are ready to face trial. Learned Deputy Advocate General has accepted that the challan has been presented and the petitioners have now been summoned to face the trial.

   In these circumstances, it is clear that the investigation is over. Consequently, the prayer is allowed. Let the petitioners surrender before trial Court and the trial Court shall release them on bail to its satisfaction.

Resultantly, the petition is allowed.
