Through this revision petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of a direction to the Rent Controller to decide the pending rent petition. 2.

After a period of two years of limited working due to increase in the number of COVID-19 infections, the Courts have recently resumed their normal working and functioning. In such circumstances, the revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the Presiding Judge, who shall consider it sympathetically.
