(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to official respondents to conduct a fair investigation in FIR No.02 dated 03.01.2023 registered at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376-D, 450 and 506 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of FIR, police has not arrested any accused, even though, accused have committed serious offence punishable under Section 6 of POCSO Act. Learned State counsel, who is present in Court on advance notice, submits that FIR was registered on 03.01.2023 and the matter is under investigation. She further assures the Court that Investigating Officer would take appropriate steps as permissible by law.
