Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 439, Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, Rahul @ Tinku, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 186, 302, 307, 332, 353, 379, 392, 411 and 420 IPC, read with Section 34, IPC, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, in a case arising out of FIR No.228, dated 05.07.2013, registered at Police Station, Sampla, District Rohtak.

CRM-M-28161-2015 (O&M) -2After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going through the material available on record, this Court finds that the bullet recovered from the body of Harvinder Singhinjured matched with the firearm recovered from the petitioner; the injured -witness has appeared before learned trial Court and deposed against the petitioner; Except two all the 28 prosecution witnesses have been examined and that the case is at the fag end of trial.

No ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
