Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.43 dated 09.03.2020 registered under Sections 420 IPC, at Police Station City Raman, Bathinda, Punjab. On 16.06.2020, following order was passed by this Court:*

*        -   2'7#"(  & 8  On the adjourned date i.e. 21.07.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to medical report states that the petitioner could not join the investigation owing to the medical condition of his son who was diagnosed as Cancer patient. The petitioner is a resident of Burj (Gujarat).

Owing to medical condition of the son of the petitioner, one more adjournment was granted to the petitioner to join investigation alongwith interim order and the case was adjourned for 27.08.2020. Due to some typographical error in respect of adjourned date, the same was corrected on 08.09.2020 and the

  ) petitioner was directed to appear before the Investigation Officer on 14.09.2020 as per the condition of order dated 27.08.2020. Mr. R.P. Singh, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation of the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 16.06.2020 is made absolute. However, petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
