Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.29 dated 05.05.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 452, 380, 427, 148, 149, 506 IPC registered at Police Station, Jhander, District Amritsar. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 31.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 31.03.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
