RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has impugned the order dated 23.02.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa, vide which charge under Section 304-B read with Section 34 IPC has been framed against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to her in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
