Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 15.03.2024 (Annexure P-8). Perusal of the said order reveals that the same is in fact a notice issued under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2022, and not an order.

At this stage, Mr. Arvind Thakur, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed his Memo of Appearance. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that a petition challenging order dated 25.08.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra, has been dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 30.01.2024 passed in CR No.6059 of 2023. 3.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
